For companies
What does A10 Azafatas do?
We are an agency for hostesses, promoters and event and in-store staff. Our head office is in Madrid and we have a support office in Marbella. For more than 20 years we have put together teams for trade shows, conferences, brand activations and promotions in shops and supermarkets. We also work at festivals and sporting events.
Who are your clients?
Our regular clients are leading brands in sectors such as luxury, cosmetics, technology, telecoms, tobacco, food and drink, as well as major event, marketing, advertising and communications agencies. You can see some of them on our clients page.
Which cities do you work in?
All over Spain. From Madrid we organise events in Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Bilbao, Málaga or wherever they are needed, and we use local staff whenever we can. Outside Spain we are part of European Activation Agencies, a network of ten independent agencies covering 21 European countries; we look after Spain and Portugal.
What profiles can you provide?
Trade show and conference hosts and hostesses, sales and tasting promoters, stand staff and coordinators. At the point of sale we also handle store set-ups, logistics, audits and mystery shopping. If you need someone with languages or a technical profile, mention it in your request.
How do I request a quote?
Use our quote request form. Tell us the dates, the city, how many people you need and what they will be doing. Someone from our sales team will reply within 24 working hours and will be your contact from then on. For anything urgent, call +34 91 565 47 69.
How far in advance should I book?
For a large trade show, give us at least two weeks’ notice; the sooner you tell us, the more people we can choose from. If you need staff for tomorrow, call us and we will tell you straight away whether we can do it.
What does the service include?
We find the people, hire them and register them with Spanish Social Security. Before the first day they are trained on your brand or your event. On the day, your account executive coordinates them, and we close the job based on the hours actually worked. If you need it, we also take care of promotional logistics and materials, and of uniforms depending on the event.
How do you choose the people?
We select them from the more than 20,000 candidates in our database. We look for people who have done similar work, who live nearby and, if needed, who speak the language. For events lasting several days, we only select people who can attend every day.
What happens if someone doesn’t turn up on the day?
We know straight away: everyone clocks in on their phone when they arrive, and the app checks that they are on site. If someone doesn’t show up, your account executive calls a reserve from the same area and the replacement is logged.
Can you work in department stores, hypermarkets and airports?
Yes. We are an approved supplier to chains such as El Corte Inglés, Carrefour, Alcampo, MediaMarkt, Makro and Dufry, and at AENA airports. When a venue asks for the health and safety coordination paperwork (CAE), we prepare it.
Who will be my contact?
At first, the salesperson who prepares your quote. Once the job is confirmed, an account executive takes charge of the event: they choose and train the team and stay with it until the end. While the activity is running, someone is reachable 24 hours a day.
